Windmill Technology started from a simple belief: software's value lies not in its architecture diagrams, but in being genuinely used, continuously maintained, and steadily producing results.
With AI, big data and agile delivery at our core, we build custom platforms for clients — and grow our own products through internal startups: PickNewCar, Stock Center, and 3LLM AI Score Prediction. Because we run our own products, we think beyond launch day — to how a product is used, maintained and grown afterwards.
Headquartered in Taiwan, with clients across the US, Taiwan, Hong Kong and the UK. A distributed team, parallel collaboration and a Scrum cadence keep us turning across four markets.
